Well I'm 5 hours into the 21day Vegan Kickstart diet and still going strong! We had the usual oatmeal ( the real kind you have to cook) with walnuts, cinnamon, flax seed meal and honey. There is an idian version of oatmeal but I haven't got that far yet. For lunch was Roti with vegetables in a fabulous spicy mix. I managed to forgo Panera sandwiches  but did have some salad w/o chicken. Tonight is Palak Panner with  tofu instead of cheese. It looks good on the video.
Still no word on the house. Hopefully the bank will accept or reject the offer on Tues.
